I burned a votive in a holder that was too big....the candle burned down to the end of the wick and there is some wax on the sides.

My question is: how do I get the wax out of my glass holder?

LOL just call me crazy.

Hi! Emily!

Soak with Hot soapywater, wait a few minutes, then simply rinse clean.

You can scrape it out with a butter knife and then rinse with warm, soapy water. Cleans right up.

If you have some extra chunks of wax, you can put it in a simmer pot so you don't waste it.

Hey Emily!

All you have to do is put the whole thing in your freezer for about 15
minutes. Then take it out and flip it over- the candle will pop right out!

(Really, when it freezes it just shrinks a little bit, allowing it to fall out)

Have an awesome weekend!

Thanks, Kitt! I will have to try that next time - what a great way to reuse what is left too!
