I did 60 min. P90X Shoulders and Arms (just call me ol' noodle arms) and 17 min. Ab Ripper X. Man, it felt like it was ripping mah belly. But a good workout.

Plus, 2 miles on the treadmill (burned 300+ calories - woo hoo!) and 2 sets of reps on 2 leg press machines(just wanted to be sure I could still press 215 lbs, hehe.)Edited by: Craftgrrl

5 minute row machine
20 minute treadmill on random cycle level 15
20 minutes of spot weight training (didn't have time for the full rotation)

Raining outside so we took the evening as a Rest day.
