1 hour karate class (1/2 hr warm up with stretches, crunches, pushups, running in place, atc.) plus an intense class of wrestling type moves + punching/blocking. It was actually alot of fun!!! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gifThen I decided to go for more cardio: 20 min. at 3.5 mph escalating incline and 20 min. at 3.4 mph at 7.5 incline and then HIIT for 20 min.
