I am actually taking the day off. I had a challenge this past week to do 4 miles a day and I way exceeded that but I'm aching and need to rest. That means I missed my Tues. Turbo Kick class at the gym and I'm sad about that but at least I went last night and I go tomorrow night too.

Karate class which consisted of various stretches, 25 man pushups (haha!), and some cardio, and then 40 min. of punches and kicks and blocks. Then 62 min. of treadmill walking (uphill) at the gym.

Rest day for me.
After all the yard work we did over the 5 days....in between all the rains....I'm sore!!
