1 mile walk/run outside. The breeze is still a bit too cold ... it hurts my ears!

Sat: day off although I did go for a short walk/run after my kids riding their bikes...lol

Sat: Day off....kids doing stuff so my schedule was unpredictable
Sun: 95 min. treadmill, uphill and i finally got past 3.0 mph! Yay! I did my cardio at 3.4-3.5, for the first time ever. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gifPlus 25 min. strength training, with an extra set of reps
