Because I have not been proud of myself and didn't want to post http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif!

I have totally fallen off the wagon...my eating has been out of control. I am basically exercising to help balance off the amount of eating I have been doing (and apparently I didn't exercise enough). You would think I was pregnant (And NO I AM NOT). I am so mad at myself but I am kicking myself in the butt tomorrow because I think I gained like 5lbs these last 2 weeks and it is killing me! I am meeting with the trainer at the wellness center so she can help put me on a plan and I am making, yes forcing, myself to get back on track! I am literally trying to fight off all kinds of cravings and my hunger is absolutely rampant. I know why but gosh it has never been this bad before.

So I am publically announcing that I am getting myself back on track tomorrow and make all the workouts I have been doing count towards LOSING weight (and gaining muscle) instead of helping me combat a huge weight gain from all the food I have been eating!

Dawn!

You're doing fine! The key to winning is when stuff happens, you pick yourself up, brush yourself off and keep on keeping on in the direction that you want to be!

Good girl!

You're doing great!

Hey Dawn,
Don't look back. I know it's been rough lately but once you get into more of a routine at the gym, I think you'll enjoy the way you'll feel. I saw your workout post from yesterday and I'm glad to see you are mixing it up. Keep doing that and try hard to be mindful of what food you're putting in your mouth. Before you eat, think about how that food will affect you. Will it help or hinder you from meeting your goals?

You have made it so far, don't give upsmileys/smiley2.gif

I knew I'd be accountable to you. I knew you were there for me and
because of Holly, I knew I could get right back into it full force. I really
didn't blow it or cheat that bad, but I was just off my game.

Thanks Ladies! Today was definitely a good day alot better then most but the cravings are just still so rampant...I mean so bad that if I didn't have "you know" that I would go out and buy a pregnancy test that is how bad they are. What I did is i went to the farmer's market and I bought a pound of grapes and everytime I got a craving, I ate a grape. I ended eating the whole pound of them http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gifbut at least it was better then the junk I was craving!

Angie...thanks for listening to me...I appreciate you being there for me! As for what you asked...will it help me or hinder me....the past 2 weeks, I really didn't care if it helped or hinder...I wanted it I ate it....lol! The cravings have been that bad but today was definitely better!

Thanks FV for the article! I will have to read it tomorrow when I can pay more attention...LOL!

Again everyone, I appreciate you "listening" to me and helping me get back on track and keep myself on track! I really want those last 10 (well know 15lbs) OFF...I WANT MY TATTOO!!!!!Edited by: OrangeSmoke20

Thanks Donna! I am back on track (thank goodness) although I am still snacking alot, I am atleast trying to be healthy about it. Luckily it only ended up being a 2lb gain (the other 3 most ofbeen TOTM gain).I just have to keep my eye on the prize and make myself commit. Today was actually a good day even though I took today off from working out.

This groupof ladies (You included) are AWESOME! I know I can come here and post when I need help and not get blasted with negativities but with positives! This group is what keeps me accountable (That is why I didn't post because I was so embarrassed with my behavior).
