On the one hand, I had a great workout on the treadmill this morning, 2.5 miles, 30 minutes. But this evening I had pizza followed by ice cream at my son's cub scout event. I have to learn to turn down snacks after 7 pm, especially when it's ice cream!!

I hour at the gym (30 minutes on treadmill, 3 miles on bike, and 5 minutes on row machine)

Ok, I have been playing around WAY too much! Now I am back and as serious as ever! Today I did 62 minutes on the treadmill, uphill, for the most part. Hehe.

Y'all are putting me to shame! I had 30 minutes on the treadmill and just under 2.5 miles. Again, I failed in the food category, and my gut is starting to show! Tomorrow I am going to work on eating more healthfully, and I hope to report having gone to the gym!
