My usual WATP 5 miler with boosters- I added a 10 lb weighted vest. Who knew 10 lbs weighed so much! According to my pedometer I am currently at 8 miles with the goal of 10 miles today.

Okay this is my first time with a "check-in..." but here we go -

40 minutes cardio -elipitical and treadmill and 20 minutes weight training - abs &amp; arms.

93 min. on the treadmill, uphill..worked out to like 4.5 miles and 600+ cals burned. Gave the muscles a rest, so no weights today. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif
