Saturday: TJ Ab Jam. (20 minutes) I may do another tonight after dinner. Its my rest day, but its fun so I wanted to do it :)

I worked up to it, that is for sure. I would've NEVER imagined that I could do this in a million years but after 3 years of being on my new lifestyle and exercising at least 5 days a week, I can do it. There are times I want to give up but hubby keeps praising and pushing me so I keep on goingsmileys/smiley2.gif

Sat. was my best friend's b-day party so I mostly concentrated on that but weirdly, I got sick shortly after I woke up. Had really bad pelvic pain ALL day and ALL night. When I got up today, I was better enough, but felt like someone kicked the crap out of me. So I didn't work out this weekend at all. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif
