I went to the gym at 6am.Did a 30 minute workout ona potpourri of equipment - stair climber, treadmill, elliptical.

I can't seem to get into the gym equipment. I think it's because I'm so used to bouncing around with my Turbo Jam workouts ... all the gym stuff is just - blah. But I got my HR up and that's what counts.

Crazy busy day for me. I was tempted to skip working out, but i woke up early to get it in.

I did 35 mins on the treadmill and went just over 3 miles.Definitely less than my usual workout time, but I still felt like I got some decent cardio in for the day and I pushed myself to run for 32 minutes when I was tempted to slow down to a walking pace.

65 minutes on the treadmill, uphill. I didnt do weights because the guy I went out with on Friday told me (he's a runner and a kickboxer) to give my muscles a break because when you lift weights and "burn" your muscles, they need time to heal and then they heal bigger and more cut.
