I looked for a folder for Isagenix, but don't see one. What are the ingredients in the isagenix cleanse products and how does it work?

Lolah,

We can't have an isa folder due to policy. I can tell you that the quality of the ingredients is phenominal. The whey is 100% organic from New Zealand. I just finished a 9-day cleanse and lost 11 pounds and 15 1/2 inches. The best part was that I had incredible energy and felt great the whole time!

Hi Maureen! Long time no speak chica!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gifAs you can see, I'm trying to catch up to you, birthing queen!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifDo you know if/when they'll be replacing the soy in the whey shakes? I know Dr D had mentioned it a while back, something about it being a binder and such. I know coconut oil is a good replacement for soy oil so if you wants pass it along. I'll be cleaning away my baby weight for sure!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

I am feeling soooooo much better! 2nd Trimester rocks!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifOnly problem now is this wierd thing going on with my pelvic area. I don't know if it's a muscle, ligament, or join thing, all I know is towards the evenings I lose the abilty to walk like a normal personhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gifCan't stand up on my own, bend from the waist, or walk in a straight line, which trhough painful seems to be very entertaining to the rest of the household. I am carrying this boy much differently than I carried my girlsfor sure!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

It's called "Round Ligament Pain" and girl, I feel for you. I had it during the end of the second or beginning of the third trimester. I could not walk. One day I had to have my 4 year old help me into the house! It did go away, but some people are not that lucky!

The only think I know of is to take it easy - make slower movements...etc.

Yes, I discovered the slow movements during Hip Hop Abs.....all I can say is between my abdominal split and the ligament stuff....I'm glad no one was home that dayhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifI thought I'd have to do nothing but make right turns for the rest of the pregnancy!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifI can't even do WATP which suckshttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gifSo it's down to boring, BORING walkinghttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gifhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gifActually I was thinking of getting one of the new Audio Bibles like "The Bible Experience" or "The Word Of Promise" (wish they did the old testament too) so I could have something to listen to to make the walks more enjoyablehttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

Kass,

Yes, long time! Congratulations! When's your due date?

I had round ligament problem starting in the begiining of my 2nd trimesters. My ob recommended a maternity belt and it made such a difference in my comfort!

About the soy lecithin...I don't know, all I know is that I feel fantastic on the stuff and never used anything else that equaled these results. If something changes I'll let ya know.

All my best,

Maureen :-)

P.S. If we keep up with the sexercise, you may not be able to catch me! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Hon, sexual peak doesn't hit 'till about 40! That's when you've got the hormones like a teenager with the brains and experience to know what to do with it.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

We're actually finished, God willing. Just teasin' ya.

ego vs. bank account- I finally got it!
