Where are you going to get the resistance bands from...the store or from your doctor? It may be hard for me to tell you which one to use because I get Therabands from my brother who is an occupational therapist. My Physical Therapist started me out with Therabands and then when I need more....I call my dear Ol' brother http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

Do you want a resistance band or something like an exertube? I prefer exertubes, they have handles, etc. I have a few workouts that utilize them and years ago when I did Jazzercise regularly, they had great workouts with the exertubes. I love them for toning!

I have the simple resistance band like this one (http://www.amazon.com/Resistance-Medium-Dyna-Band-Friedrich-Workouts/dp/B000NCW8T6/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1203907609&sr=8-3) and I have the tube kind like this (http://www.amazon.com/SPRI-ES503R-Resistance-Attachment-Exercise/dp/B0000AJ05D/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1203907609&sr=8-2)

These are not the exact ones I have but totally similar. I would say get one of each if possible.

Angie,
Thanks for answering that question. I forgot to come back and check this thread. LOL...

I have several different exertubes with different resistances. I love them!
