I took today off. I had an appt. to get my hair done this morning and brought my gym bag with me but by the time I was finished I was really hungry, went home, had lunch, did some work, and never made it to the gym.

Aw Angie, I hope you feel better. It's one thing to not be able to do what you need but to have back pain on top of it is terrible.
It looks like Kaye might have been the only one who worked out- haha!

Today was a crazy mad day.....I'll get to the gym tomorrow.

Thanks ladies. I did take Friday off from exercise but as you can see I was able to workout at the gym Sat. and Sun. so that was good. BUT I talked to my Turbo Kick instructor today at the gym and she's not sure I should do the class tomorrow night so I'll probably skip that unless I am totally better by morning. I still have an ache in my back from the muscle pull but it's sooooo much better.
