YEAH - back to the gym finally after a 3 day weekend. I did 55 mins on the elliptical and a few weights (arms and shoulders)

I did 62 min. on the treadmill, going uphill, huffing and puffing! (haha!) and 20 min. worth of weights and pushups. I was told to decrease the weights a smidge and increase the number of reps. Which about killed me. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
