35 min. Treadmill

15 min. Recumbent Bike

25 squats w/medicine ball-home

6 arm extensions on stability ball w/medicine ball

I don't think I'll write out all the numbers on the weight work I did
today but I did quite the variety for about 30 min. or so (camber curl,
crunches, tricep extensions, chest press, shoulder press, abdominal,
back extensions, low row, and glute machine)

Sat.: 85 minutes on the treadmill. An hour of it uphill, the last 25 min. at an incline of 6, but I was trying at a speed of 3.2. Which is hard for me because I'm SHORT! Too lazy to do weights today, which was fine because the gym closed - I got kicked out! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

And Sun: So far, 48 min. treadmill, 20 min. I might go back for another 40 min. (2 miles) when I go pick up my kids and I HOPE to get into my room to do crunches and squats and use the Pilates ring.

Sun. (again): Well, I did another 2 miles only but no other exercises at home. Does running around the house doing housework and making dinner for 4 people and washing the dishes count as exercise???? http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifEdited by: Craftgrrl

I'm so jealous of all of you working out on the weekends. I generally don't do anything on the weekends because of my kids. Tomorrow they are off from school, so it'll be another day off from working out. I did walk all over Busch Gardens today, but I more than made up for it with some yummy ice cream tonight(Edy's 1/2 fat Mint Karoake Cookie).

Lisa, that ice cream sounds so good! Also, I work out on the weekends because I have no life. None. Except crafting. I run the kids around too but they're teenagers and I just drop them off. I have an online friend with whom I am meeting within the next two weeks, so maybe that will turn into a life! Then I hope the only exercise I get would be to hike with him and romantic walks!
