Yay! First day back since I've been sick! 35 min. light treadmill, 10 min. weights. I feel like I have to start all over again, since I am not all the way better yet. But at least I'm back! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

wb craft!!

WATP Walk and Jog. I LOVE it- but wow did it make me sweat-lol!
They said its equivilant to a 2.5 mile jog/walk in 30 min.

45 minutes Kickboxing and about 10 minutes of crunches and butt moves..LOL!

20 minutes on treadmill at 3.5 mph on 2% incline and resistance set at 1. Lame, I know, but I think I had food poisoning yesterday! I wasn't feeling well enough to jog.
I tried to work out on the machines as well, but only got the hip adductor and abductor in before I quit. I was way too tired and weak!
