20 minutes on stairmaster
25 minutes treadmill
20 minutes weight training

1 mile bike ride to and from gym.

Taking a one mile walk with the dog and kiddos in a couple of minutes..

Good night am I sweating!!! 45 mins TJ cardio party/12 mins with weighted gloves.

This is 10 days in a row working out for me, 2 more workouts on the TJ 10 day workout plan. I didn't really want to do it today but I made myself. Now, I am weak, shaky and my head is killing me but I know in a minute I'm going to feel GREAT!!!

Did 35 minutes Yoga Booty Ballet Live Hip Hob Abs editionand boy was I sweating....LOL! Didn't do most of the floor ab work, butlater I will do my regular routine and walk. Ok, just finished the TJ learn and burn...wow! Its awesome! I am so glad I do tae bo! The moves are very similar. Great recommendation Angie!

So glad you enjoyed Turbo Jam so far! Before I was ever doing TJ, I did Kathy Smith's Kickboxing and Walk Away the Pounds Walk & Kick and both of those really prepared me for the moves in TJ although I STILL sometimes mess up onsome of the TJmoves but I just keep goinghttp://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif
