Friday 6/15 -

- Scale weight went up 2 lbs (possible water weight ???) however, I lost another 1/2 an inch & no other measurements went up. smileys/smiley32.gif

- 1 hour of tennis with hubby. 700 calories burned!


Sunday 6/17 -

8 hours of sleep last night smileys/smiley32.gif

- ate pretty bad in the evening. Taco Cabana. Tried to stay away from the flour tortillas... but couldn't. smileys/smiley9.gif


Monday 6/18 -

6 hours of sleep last night

- moring walk/run intervals done. 3.5 miles in 45 minutes

- CFP circuit traning workout

- 10 Burpies smileys/smiley3.gif smileys/smiley11.gif


Tuesday 6/19 -

6.5 hours of sleep last night

- evening walk/run with hubby (4 miles in 50 minutes)

- 11 Burpies


Wednesday 6/20 -

6.5 hours of sleep las night

6/15- AM- 45 min. Turbo Jam Cardio Party PM- 15 min. walk outside & 10 min. stability ball

6/16- 45 min. mowing

6/17- Day off (but we did clean out the entire garage so Ihad a pretty good workout doing that)

6/18- AM-31 min. Turbo Jam Fat Blaster w/weighted gloves PM- 22 min. Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile

6/19- 62 min. Turbo Jam Get on the Ball Total Body Blast & 15 min. walk outside

6/20- AM- 45 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim 3 mile PM- 15 min. walk outside

Back on track this week...

6/15 - 2.5 mile AM walk outside with double stroller.

6/16 - 2.5 mile walk outside with double stroller. 1 mile walk outside in evening with double stroller.

6/17 - 1 mile walk with double stroller

6/18 - lazy!

6/19 - 1 mile walk with double stroller

6/20 - start fruit flush (my eating has been pretty poor lately and I am up a couple pounds to 126.2 this AM) - did great today following the plan - did my 5 protein shakes & a great salad for dinner. Drank lots of water too. 1 mile walk outside & lots of leg strength training at physical therapy today.

6/21 - day 2 fruit flush - still on track although I want to cheat SO bad! walked 2.5 miles at the resevoir with the kids (hills!!) and oh my - what a workout!Edited by: ~ Debi ~

6/15.... 1/2 mile walk, 2 glasses of water, and my normal pt routine with 60 reverse situps. I also threw some additional upper abdomen stretches I read in prevention.

6/16...1 mile walk, 2 glasses flavored water and 1 glass regular water, normal pt rountine, eating OK!

6/17...1 mile walk, 1 glass flavored water and I regular glass of water, normal pt routine, 60 reverse situps, and 8 minute Taebo workout! Eating...well a little higher fat intake but still pretty good!

6/18...1/2 mile walk, 35 minute Yoga Booty Ballet Live, 1 glass regular water, 2 glasses flavored water, situps and normal routine. Food intake GREAT!!!!

6/19...Back hurting so it is light on the excersize but I did get the 8 minute Taebo workout in and will do stretches tonight. 1 glass of water is all I got in, and eating was ok!

6/20...1 glass of water, 20 minutes pilates, and 45 minutes Yoga Booty Ballet. Food and fat intake good!

6/21...1 glass of flavored water, and 1/2 glass regular water. 8 minute tabeo, regular excersizes. Eating was Ok but I got the munches and I have been eating carrots to get through them...UGGHHH I dislike the munches! Fat intake EXCELLENT : )

They are going pretty well. I haven't seen a change in weight/inches YETbut I'll be doing my monthly measurements soon. The scale is not moving and I have gained a little (portion control has not been so great for the last month or so...I'm working on that!).
