my initial weight loss goal of 50lbs, and the scale hasn't moved in almost 2 weekshttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif

This 3lbs is going to drive me CRAZY!!!!!I switched up my exercise routine last week. I'm still doing SI6, but I noticed that I'm starting to bulk up under layers of FAT. Not the look I'm going forhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley18.gifSo I have been doing WATP 2-4 miles in the morning and SI6 in the evening, and that @#%* 3lbs won't come OFFFFFFF!

Geez!!!I want it gone!!!

It's said that the last pounds are the hardest to lose. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gifhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

How much are you eating? IMHO & experience, if you are exercising a lot, you also need to eat more than you're used to...

Ummm... have you figured out your ideal weight?

This might help you out...

My Ideal body weight is 131lbs(I don't see this happening) I am currently at 233lbs, anyway, I know I need to eat more, but I'm just not hungry. So I have been supplementing with a meal replacement shake.

I agree that you need to keep up your caloric intake, especially with lowfat protein.

The yo-yo effect is a terrible thing...losing more than 2-3 lb a week means you are losing muscle which means your metabolism is lower than before the diet!!! So you gain even faster! Not sure if that is what is happening here...but don't drop the calories too much.

Try to remember how successful you are and how much healthier you are eating. Eating healthy is a way of life. Removing inches from your waistline means a lot more to your future (and your doctor) than the scale does. Hang in there!
