Wow - I am so surprised! I haven't done the fruit flush yet but I did start core last week with WW.

I lost 4.4 pounds and went from 128 to 123.6! Holy cow!

ETA: my total weight loss since Dec 30th is 40.2 pounds.

I don't even know if I weighed this on my wedding day! Now it's really time to start maintaining. I still want to do the flush, but I am hoping it won't make me lose too much weight.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. Tonight is our big night out in NYC! The spray tan came out awful BTW. But, oh well - I am bringing an extra dress that is longer (just in case).

OT - FVMom - I had sent you a PM, never heard back, can you please let me know about your user name change? TY!

YAYYYY DEBI!!! How awesome is that!!! So core is working for you huh? I've thought about doing core too. But, I really like getting to eat anything I want within points right now. Maybe after I get myself disciplined with working out with TJ I'll want to discipline myself better eating wise and pick up with the core plan. I'm so excited for you!!!! You too are a great inspiration!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gifWooHoo! Big congrats to you! What do you feel is the biggest difference between what you were doing w/ WW and the Core that you've just started?

Hope you had a great night in the city! :)

Hope you had a great night in the city! :)

The biggest difference - (Core is WW btw - just not counting points like the flex plan) - is that I am eating "core" foods (veggies, fruits, whole wheat/whole grains & lean meats) - BUT no processed & refined snacks that I was indulging in before. I was eating 100 cal packs & things like that for snacks, whereas now I will grab a piece of fruit or SF FF pudding. Makes a big difference because the snacking is healthier and I feel satisfied longer. I don't feel the need to snack so much. Thanks for asking!!!

Thanks everyone for the boost of confidence!!! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

We had a fantastic time last night and I will do another thread with a few pictures when I have time later tonight...DH isn't in the pics but he did take a few of me. That's what's important anyway, right? http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif j/k - he looked great too but his pants were a little too big - must be from eating the food I've been cooking lately!!!

Way to go! Do we get to see the before and after pics? ;)

If the tan looks bad it is easy to get it toned down fast. Make some sugar or coffe scrub and hit the shower. It will take A LOT of it off. Follow that up by scrubbing with mild soap and a wash cloth. Then mositurize when you get out.
