30 minutes on stairmaster
30 minutes treadmill
30 minutes free weights
rode to and from gym on bike 1 mile

Now I know why I don't work out right away in the morning ... I have NO energy! I only got about a quarter mile and I was feeling pooped. Unreal. Today's measly mile was HARD.

It was late here 3:00 PMbut I got it out of the way and I do feel so much better. I'd had a heating pad on my back for that(TOM) most of the morning.

I worked out for 40 mins pilates today and 55 mins of cardio with Donna Richardson. I thought maybe if my husband felt like it we could walk around the neighborhood a bit but I haven't decided what to do about dinner so maybe not.

Haven't done it yet, but I will be walking tonight along with my 50 reverse situps, leg stretches with resistance band, and arm stretches with resistance band. Wish I could do something else, but I don't want to aggrivate my neck or back. Hopefully next week I will start Pilates!
