Final Review of Jay Robb's 3 Day FRUIT FLUSH has been posted for those that are interested.

Please remember that this was my personal experience and you may have similar or different experiences/results than mine when/if you decide to do this.

I lost 2.5 pounds & 6.75 inches (more stats on my blog)

Also I used my own protein that I had on hand at the time. Next time I do this (if I do... smileys/smiley5.gif), I will buy Jay's protein & see if I see any difference.

Ok... Here it is:

Good job Vilma!! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif I will look at your blog when I have a few more minutes so I can see your day 3 data.

I am looking forward to doing the flush when my whey protein powder arrives (I ordered his from his site).

Glad to see you had great results.

I'll post when I do mine too!

Thanks for posting that, Vilma. Yesterday as I was contemplating getting started, I had decided at the last minute not to do it. Although I'm a fruit fanatic, I couldn't get it out of my mind that I'd be ingesting just "fruit" for the next few days and I was wondering how just "fruit" would flush my system! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

So although I'll add more fruit to my eating pattern, I won't "flush". I think I'm doing pretty good watching what I eat and getting plenty of exercise. I tend to get a little psychotic if I'm feeling lethargic!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Hi Marleeka,

Please remember that this was just my experience. Don't get me wrong though, the feeling I had on the detox was actually pretty good. I had a lot of energy (which is due to all the carbs I was eating).

I didn't start feeling lethargic & sick until after I came off of it. This was my fault (http://www.wahm.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=390710) though.

I just know that I don't want to feel like that again, and although i'm not blaming the detox program at all, I just think I can can get the same results of feeling good by having balanced & clean eating habits with no junk food or anything processed & still encorporate many of the fruit principles found in his book.
