I have decided to kick it up a notch! I will be doing DOUBLE DUTY workouts on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's for the next 3 months (to start). I will do a high impact workout in the AM and a low impact workout in the PM.

I have approx. 20 lbs more to go to hit the 100# lost mark and I have gained back some weight and have not beenwatching my portions and eating well lately so I'm posting here to let you know that I plan on trying to kick some bootay in the next few months.

'll join you my friend!!! For me it will be morning walks on most days, MWF Civilian Fitness class at noon, and weights & cardio in the evenings, M,T, Th, F.

Weekend workouts are a bit different

We have just enduredtwo verystressful months...... YIKES!!!

My businesses keep growing which is a great thing.

Thank goodness we take great supplements!

But, yep, it's time to "KICK SOME BOOTAY!"

Some events have happened and exercise has slowed down....... so

I need to kick it in high gear too. My 20 year HS reunion is in 3 weeks. Now that the kids are done with school, it will be easier for me to work out. Count me in!

If I weren't just getting started I'd definitely join you. Maybe in a few weeks. I'll need a change once I reach my 6 week mark.
