I am taking today off! It is raining cats and dogs out there, so no biking to the gym. And I thought if I got up at the regular time on a Saturday (5 am), I could officially consider myself a nut! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif So, I slept in listening to the rain and the frogs...aaahhhhh..

See you chicks tomorrow!

Up early every day of the week for no good reason LOL Actually I'm so used to waking up early to let the dog out, I usually just stay awake and get my day started. I do get a lot more done that way and on Sat. and Sun. hubby and I take a nap so it's all good. Our nap today was almost 3 hourshttp://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif Way too long!

Saturday I did 50 reverse situps, my leg stretches, side walks with resistance band. No regular walk today since I had to work my wahj.
Sunday... Will do all of the above, no walk again since I have to work my wahj, but I plan on shampooing my carpets which is a good upper body work out.
Down another 1/2 lb and I am starting to feel the tightening happening in my lower stomach area. Only 9 1/2 more lbs or less flab in my midsection by Sunday June 10th!
: )
