Isn't it great??? When I did the learn and burn, I was planning on doing TaeBo afterwards as well because I figured the instructional video would be easy, but I was sweating profusely when it was all over lol. Wait til you start doing some of the other workouts... they're addictive. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

I know I was like "Oh no I can't be sweating!!!!!" I really like TaeBo but in comparison TaeBo is harder and boring. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifThis was so much fun. I want to do it again and again and again.

Way to go, Rhonda! Glad you enjoyed TJ. It is totally addictinghttp://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

I did the TJ Cardio Party Mix 3 today for the 2nd time and I still can't get all the moves down yet. I sweated my tooshy off plus I used the weighted gloves OH MYhttp://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif

The weighted gloves were so tight on me thefirst timethat we had to cut small slits in each of the fingers and today, even with those slits my hands were still sore and turned almost blue...any tips from you veteran users of the weighted gloves? I did take off my wedding ring to use them but that didn't help.

Hey Angie, I would order the larger size ones. Then again, I don'tk know because I know they recently changed the gloves the sell. Do your have the weight in the palm, or on top? Mine are in the palm and I find they work well (but I have long skinniy pianist fingers too so I dunno...)

ETA, you can also get some wrist weight pretty cheap at walmart They work the exact same.Edited by: FV Mom

I use the gloves with the weight in my palm. Tried it the other way and that didn't work at all. I know that I can get the wrist weights through Leslie Sanone's site for Walk Away the Pounds so maybe I'll do that. Thanks ladieshttp://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif
