Anyone heard of this? It's a plan where you eat their wafers and fresh fruits one day, then the next you eat what you want. You alternate back and forth which is supposed to cause you to lose weight quickly. They are supposedly offering 1,000 dollars to anyone who takes a before picture, goes on the plan, records their success, then sends an after picture with success results. I did find info on it related to scams and BBB reports against them. However, I also found some success information about the plan. I was just wondering if anyone had heard of this or knew if, or how well it worked. Thanks

I think their theory is a little skewed. But it sounds like it is based on Zig Zagging one's diet:

Scroll down toStep 3.

... and no, you still can't eat "whatever you want".

If you want achance to win money EVERY DAY, go to www.milliondollarbody.com (http://www.milliondollarbody.com) and sign up for WOWY (work out with you) ... log your workouts every day and you are automatically entered into the drawing to win cash (sometimes it is $1000!!) and prizes (need an iPod?).
