Where is everyone on meeting thier goals?? My mini goal is 130 by 6/11. I have 4 pounds to go to meet that. Then my ultimate goal is 125 by 7/13. I also want to get down to 18-19% body fat. I have 2-3 % to go on that one.

i'm not comfortable having a goal....

see, when i was 200+lbs, my goal was always "150lbs and a size 8". i thought i would be totally smoking and fat free at that size (well, of course you need some fat, but you know what i mean...)

however, now i'm down there. 144 and a size 8. i am totally smoking ;-)
but i'm not exactly quite fat free. i'm quite lumpy. and my fat seems more cellulite-y than other peoples. to be honest, i always liked the bodies of women with a nice *little* pot belly.

i'm not comfortable setting a firm pound/size goal. i just want to look slimmer. part of me thinks that maybe 130 would be a good weight; but then another part of me thinks that maybe i should be aiming for something more like 115 (turns out i'm actually "small boned"). but the former fat girl in me thinks "115?! that's completely unrealistic. you'd look sick at that point!"

i just don't know.

so right now i'm not setting any firm goals.

I met my WW goal of 130 but I can't seem to get to my personal goal of 125. I got down to 126 but then went up a little to 127.2 http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gifwhich I am working on again. Those last few pounds are ridiculously hard to get rid of. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif They just want to stick around. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Not sure what my body fat % is (I did a separate post about that).

Good luck to you Kristy - you are almost there! Great job! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif

Thanks Lexi's mom!! You're doing great too! I had my nieghbor who is a personal trainer come over and take my measurements and measure my body fat. I'm lucky!!
Shannon, it sounds like you're doing great. At least you know what you need to do. You'll know when you get to your ideal weight.
