I haven't checked into one of these in a while! I did 45 min of cardio/weight. I had my heart pumping! It felt good.

I'm bbaacckkkkk!!! I was out of the lopp there, and with that, almost forgot to check in here.

I went to the gym and did 45 minutes and 500 calories down on the crosstrainer, and 45 minutes free weights.

I SHOULD be back on track now, and I don't want to get derailed again!
