WHEW! am I sweating!

Saturday: Interval walk/run - 2.6 miles in 31 minutes! I improved by one minute!I did 8 sprints/runs.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif

Sunday: Did 1.3 miles outside slow walk (since today is technically a rest day) and did Walk Away The Pounds Walk & Jog 2.5 miles indoors. This is suprisingly a good workout!smileys/smiley4.gifEdited by: Fruta Vida Mom
