5/12- Day off but I did mow the lawn for 2 hrs

5/13- Day off (resting one day before the 10 day walk challenge)

5/14- 51 min. Walk Away The Pounds Walk Slim 4 mile

5/15- 35 min.Walk Away The Pounds Walk Slim 2 mile

5/16- 51 min. Walk Away The Pounds Walk Slim 4 mile & 15 min. walk outside

5/17- 35 min.Walk Away The Pounds Walk Slim 2 mile & 9 min. of Walk Away the Pounds You Can Do Abs (stability ball and weights) -Upper Body & 15 min. walk outside

Mastercleansing....Last Half!!

May 12th - Half way through and I feel GOOD!! My pants feel better and I feel better!! Still have stresses that are beyond this cleanse, which is driving me crazy. But, I am looking forward to this week coming, the girls will be back at daycare and I can concentrate more on ME. So far on the cleanse I went from 193 to 185.5 this morning. YAY!

May 13th - Thanks ladies for the support. I am soooo sick of lemonade, but by how I feel and how my jeans feel, I know it's worth it. Today I was at my Moms and she cooked her usual YUMMMMY food. Unbelievably, I didn't have a single bite of anything. Just had my lemonade in a snifter glass, so it was a little more 'special'. smileys/smiley36.gif My tongue is clearing up and I'm not elininating much besides a tiny bit of sediments and lots of liquid (from the SWF and the lemonade). I'm mind-boggled because I thought I'd be eliminating so much more. Turns out I'm not that 'dirty' inside! LOL!!! I'm still having dreams every single night and I actually remember them every morning. (this doesn't happen too often). Looks like I won't be needing to go beyond the 10 days, though I'm loving the weight loss!! smileys/smiley32.gif

May 16th - Tomorrow is the last day! YAY!!! I want to keep this weight loss going!!! I can't wait to start eating right and exercising!! What I've lost already gave me just that jump I need to change my ways. I KNOW it will still be a struggle...I just have to keep the willpower.

May 17th - I've decided to keep going. I cheated a little last night and don't think I'm ready to be off. It just doesn't feel 'finished'. So, I'm going to keep going for a while and see how it goes.

May 19th - Restocked on Ingredients today! I was 180.5 this morning! That's 13 lbs lost so far! YAY! I'm going to give it my all till I finish this cleanse. Not sure how long I will go still. I'm going to let my body let me know. smileys/smiley1.gif My tongue is still fuzzy/white and I just know I'm not finished. I'm excited to see what this weekend and next week will bring!!

Exercise: 2.25 mile run, with alternating walking, on treadmill
Eating: Pretty good!

5/13 ~ Happy Mother's Day!!
Pedometer: 6,921 steps - not much activity today.
Exercise:1 mile run outside
Eating: Pretty good so far

5/14 ~ Pedometer: 12,476 steps
Exercise: 2 mile walk outside w/double stroller - AND - 1.5 mile run, with alternating walking, on treadmill
Eating: Better than I've been in quite some time

5/15 ~ 127 on the scale this AMsmileys/smiley5.gif
Pedometer: 13,721 steps
Exercise:1.5 mile walk with some running on treadmill (PM)- AND - 2 mile run with alternating walking on treadmill (AM)
Eating: Good, except for the Ben & Jerry's milkshake (but I least I got frozen yogurt & skim milk so it wasn't quite as bad as full fat milkshake) smileys/smiley2.gif

5/16 ~ Pedometer: 11,859 steps
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk outside with double stroller (AM)- AND - 2 mile run with alternating walking on treadmill (PM)
Eating: so-so

5/17 ~ Pedometer: 8,155 steps
Exercise: limited walk ~ 1mile
Eating: okay

I don't exactly remember. My brain is trying to protect me by blocking it out LOLOLOL - starting hips was 42.)

It doesn't look like I will hit my goal of working out at night but I have been doing extra activities like mowing, gardening which included major raking, shoveling dirt, etc.

5-12:15 Min treadmill

5-13: 30 Min treadmill - started the Woman Challenge!! - opened my swimming pool - lots of physical activity to this!! Walked the dog 1/2 mile

5-14: 30 Min Treadmill - I'm trying to work out in the mornings And some in the evenings now. I am NOT amorning person - I have to be to work at 7:30, so I have always slept as long as possible (6:50 http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif). So, getting up and exercising is a Very Big step for me!!!

5-15: 30 min on treadmill - http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif- Something in the air is making my Sinus/Allergies sooooo bad - Ya know it 's bad when you get fever, headaches, neck/muscle aches -- Theraflu to the Rescue!!!

I hada hard time drinking regular water so I started drinking flavored water.

May 12 - Day off. I did drink water though.
May 13 - Walked 30 mins. Drank water all day.
May 14 - Walked 20 mins. Drank water all day.
May 15 - Walked 20 mins. Drank water all day.
May 16 - Didn't walk. Ran out of water so drank two glasses of pop.
