Walked 1.25 miles on the treadmill. It's raining outside so had to move it in doors. I need to get some more time in today tho so will try to get on the recumbent(sp) bike.

i think I may have over exercised???? I did a 2 mile high calorie burn after breakfast, because I ate a steak biscuit, and this afternoon I did another 2 milles, Ive stretched, but after an hour I'm still sore!!!!

I have worked myself up to 2 miles a day, and I think I just pushed myself too hard today with another two miles, so I'm off to soak in a hotbathhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif

It's very possible that you overdid it. But way to go for trying. I think you could do your 2 mi. in the morning and possibly a 1 or 2 mile in the evening but take it easy on the moves in the evening, like with the kicks and knee lifts, make them smaller just until you get used to your new schedule. Sound good?

Glad to hear you did do the stretches, it's very important!

I took a hotbath last night, beefed up on vitamins and I feel so much better this morning...

Wednesday and Thursday's are my loooong days, I have class after work on both days and don't get in till around 9pm, so I'm off to do a 1 mile walk and I'll try to sqeeze in another 1 mile at lunch
