Hello Everyone!
I just want to inform any who use paid leads of a problem I found today. I purchased some leads from ReadyLead.com. They were having a sale that doubled your leads. So, I did a coop with some team members for these leads. What I liked about their information was that they verified 3 times that these people are wanting a 'work at home opportunity' through emails that these people are sent. Honestly, I should have called and asked to see what these emails looked like, what is it that the prospective leads fill out, etc. (you live and learn...as they say). Anyway, I called a lady this morning (my time 6:45 amPST, her time 9:45 amPST). Very nice lady, BUT....she said she did not sign up for a work at home business...she was sent emails that detailed specific jobs that she could apply for with specific pay information and job details. Here is the email she was sent (note: this is the onlyWAH information she has responded to): Email Subject Line: WAH Weekly Newsletter: July 17 (Admin Asst. $12/hr) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Home Jobs Listing Work At Home Weekly Newsletter July 17-24, 2007 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hello (Left Her Name Out for Her Privacy) We are pleased to have this opportunity to send you the information you requested (your subscription details are included below) about finding home employment. Yes, I'm sure there might be many who would still be open to listening to our opportunity (and many who have been successful with finding IBOs with this company), butwe are paying for leads who are 'applying' for what they feel is a real job. I feel there are better methods that could be used to find prospective leads. This Lady I talked to was very nice, but said she's never received word back about the specific JOB that she thought shewas applying for, instead a lot of home business opportunity emails and calls. She's done that route and said it was not for her at this time in her life. I completely respect that. I plan to call ReadyLead and talk with them about this as I feel it is false advertising on their part (they are in my time zone and not open, at the time of this posting). I amNOT bashing lead sites by any means, but just want to let people know that before they buy leads, find out all you can on what the prospect sees, signs up for, how they are found, etc. I have (and I am sure many others)used other lead sites with success that I have seen use more honest methods of finding leads. I'll let you know what ReadLead's response is once I call them. To Your Success, Paige Lombardi |

Thank You! I wan't sure about posting this...but, the woman was so nice and sincerely felt bad that I was paying for people's names that had expectations for a real J-O-B with details and salary information. I didn't wantthis to happen to anyoneelse. I wasn't even the first person she shared all this with. Kind of hard to talk with someone who feels deceived....
I contacted the Customer Service office via phone and email this morning. No response, yet. I plan on trying again after our (PST) lunch hour. I'll keep you updated. ~ Paige |

Paige, I
'm not sticking up for them.. for real.... every offer sounds like a REAL J.O.B but I think the 1 that says manager 100000/year.... does that sorta sound like us? in a J.O.B kinda way. I hope they give you your money back. You should at least get that much out of the hassle. Could those leads be used for the benefits? Is there a reason why you couldn't? Jennifer |

![]() Hey Jennifer, Oh...I know you're not sticking up for them ![]() Yes, using them as a benefits lead might be a good idea...but, it's not the information they requested and I don't really want to step into the possibility of SPAMing these leads when they didn't request benefits information. Called the company again....still haven't heard back. So, we'll see...I do hope I get themoney back, too. Can put it to better use elsewhere for myself and my team members. ~ Paige |

Would you think it is spamming just to send 1 postcard? Better than nothing... Then if anyone doesn't call you, oh well. but it they do call.....

Thank you for posting this I had one of my IBOs called me and said she had tried this company before and she would never again do it. Although she didn't go into details I can imagine. I'll be glad to let the rest of my team know just in case. I purchased a batch a long time ago and only got to speak with three people on of them that was a TTY user and she said she never requested info I felt so bad! I just never really jump into buying leads but they always have those deals that make you think it wont be too bad, lol. I now keep my leads company to a minimum. I really like www.mlmleadgenie.com I called their customer support one time because I was pretty new to this lead deal and they walk me through the steps and even read me over the phone what the leads where filling out. SO I enjoy that they took time to help me. The other one I use is www.earnproleads.com I used their aged Christian leads I am on autoship every two weeks and they work out great of course it helps I got to meet them face to face and drill them with questions lol. Good luck to all of you.
