CORRECTION - current prohibited word list

Hi - I thought this was important so I am posting this in a new post. This is the CORRECT current list of prohibited words. Bettycat pointed out that the word 'plan' was not on the other list I had posted and she was correct. I had thought the Announcement in the Archives in the ibo support site dated from 3/2007 was what was being used currently, but it's NOT. Please use the list below.

As previously noted, we cannot use 'plan' or 'benefits' but can use 'program' or care.
