I would honestly NOT email them unless you have permission to email them... You bought them as a post card lead and when you purchase them you are signing the terms form saying you will not email or call them... (it's that way on most PC leads)...
So, I would hate for you to email these and get a complaint for spam and not being able to back that complaint up with the opt in list... Ya know!? |

Yep, Susan is right you definately should not email them. These leads are over the time limit for the do not call and spam rules, that's why they give them as post card leads. When the people submitted their info they agreed to be contacted by email/phone for x # of days (i think it's 90) any time over that and legally you could get into trouble.

Hey Antoinette,
They only come with names and addresses. I thought about this at one time looking up phone numbers, but there you go again with the do not call list. So really that's all you can do. I have started going back to my first leads and sending post cards again just for members... You just never know...Teresa |
