Want to Learn How I Went From a Tight Size 14 to a Comfortable Size 4?

For years I struggled to lose weight. I had just had my son and my daughter was barely feeding herself from a fork, so I had little time to take care of myself.

At my heaviest weight I was almost 180lbs and wearing a tight size 14 pants, on my petite 5í2 frame that was quite a bit of weight for me. I was tired and sluggish, I had no energy to play with my kids. No doubt being a new mom of two little ones is tough, but I could barely keep up with everything.

I had had enough! I slowly started changing my diet, adding in more of the good and less of the bad. And now Iím wearing a size 4. Was it tough? Oh yeah! But I followed a simple formula that I talk about in The Busy Moms Daily Weight Loss Checklist!
