![]() Swimming Breaststroke As An Aid For Weight Loss & Burning Calories I love swimming and it is an excellent source of exercise especially if you are: - Overweight or obese - Asthma suffers - Are unfit - Suffer from bad aches and pains Actually when I took up swimming I was both unfit and certainly obese and it was amazing the difference being in the water can do to your body. Plus many people that are obese are way too big to be able to even manage a brisk walk and it makes a fantastic starting point. I love swimming just because I am a water baby and love to swim and it feels like therapy and when I am in swimming mode I am rather shocked by how many calories it burns. The swimming I did this summer over an hour was the same as what a runner would burn in 30 minutes and you can burn some serious calories! Here is some more information about swimming breaststroke for weight loss: ![]() And you can find out more about calories burned swimming breaststroke on this link.
