Red face shop.earthangie - Handmade Dog Coats

Hello!
If you want to go straight to the link, here it is:

If you want the back story for fun, read on!

I have signed up for a lot of work from home things like Melaluca and AmeriPlan but there's so much that goes with it. So after my latest adoption of my rescue dog from Louisiana, Emma, I decided to make and sell dog coats (some other things too, for human's and their human babies, hee hee)!

If you ever considering adopting an animal, do so from an animal shelter or rescue.
Emma is estimated at 1-1 1/2 years old. During a hurricane in Lousiana, Emma was spotted by a local rescue team but she was so skiddish, she got away before they could catch her.

When another hurricane hit the same year, the local rescue team saw her show up again and this time they got her. Down south there seem to be a lot of puppy mills and high kill shelters, so a small rescue team from Rhode Island work with shelters down there to ship dogs up to the north to be fostered and then adopted. They are called Little Paws 4 U.
They save a lot of hypoallergenic and small pups and they do so with great care. All their puppies are driven home, not flown, by the organizer's husband.

The hurricanes were only 2 of 3 obsticles, as the shelter Emma was placed in was a high kill shelter. Unfortunatly, one of the vet assistants working in this shelter thought Emma was too ugly to feed and figured she'd be put down anyway... Luckily someone else figured this out, fed her and gave her to Little Paws 4 U.

So needless to say, Emma lives in CT now. She's safe (not always as warm as the south) but she's spoiled now. Because Emma is new to New England weather, I started making fleece pullovers and jackets for her so she could live comfortably. She is a sweet heart and she inspired the shop you see above.

I try to keep my prices fair so that everyone has a chance to pamper their pup! It is my biggest hope that this can evolve into my work at home job, but for now it's my after work job! I'm trying to save a lot of money so that I may expand my family in the very near future.

Enjoy the goods and Happy Holidays!
