I'm using the Ylang Ylang for menopausal issues, but have found that it helps keep my Blood pressure down too. So I alternate in the evenings with the lavender & Ylang ylang.

Lavender is such a staple & if you are going to have only 1 or 2, Lavender is a #1 winner. All essential oils are anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, so at least start using them, especially this time of year. I use them Everyday, in cleaning products, on my body, sprays, etc. & truly believe it has kept the flu's, germs away this year big time !!

I keep my roller ball, Energy, in my purse at all times & use it every time I'm out in public.
