Who died and made the judge God, in regards to the whole list of motion for summary judgment "bunk" as he mentions earlier, but especially (5)??? Everyone on this planet has the right to choose their own food. It's just too bad most of us opt for the quick and easy fast food junk instead of taking a few extra minutes to have the same thing, only in a healthier version!
