Wild Caught Baked Cod

Simple and delicious, it takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. It's perfect for busy weeknights.


  • 4 to 6 Wild Caught Cod Fillets

  • 1 – 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  • Garlic Powder

  • Dried Oregano

  • Creole Seasoning (such as Tony Chachere's)

  • Dried Parsley and/or Dried Dill

  • 2 Lemon wedges


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat dry each fish fillet.
  3. Place in glass baking dish.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over each fillet.
  5. Sprinkle each fillet with garlic powder, oregano, creole seasoning and parsley.
  6. Bake uncovered for 18-22 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
  7. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley and/or chives.
