Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry

This quick, easy and healthy recipe is great any night of the week.

Quick and healthy veggie stir fry. Super easy and tasty!


2 cups noodles, cooked
½ cup cabbage, shredded
¼ cup carrots, shredded
4 tbs shallots or green onions
¼ cup capsicum/bell pepper, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs green chile sauce
salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1- Heat oil in a wok, add the minced garlic saute for a minute, now add the cabbage, carrot, capsicum and shallots. Stir fry for few minutes and add the cooked noodles. Season with soy sauce, green chile sauce, pepper and salt. Stir fry for few more minutes. Vegetables should be crisp and not overcooked. Serve hot.
Yield: 2 Servings
