Triple Melon Mint Salad

Freshen up your next picnic with this fruit salad recipe! A much healthier alternative to macaroni and potato salads.


  • 3 cups of watermelon balls or cubes
  • 3 cups of cantaloupe balls or cubes
  • 3 cups of honeydew melon balls or cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, torn or 2 Tbsp. dried mint


  1. Place fruit in large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with honey.
  3. Add torn mint.
  4. Gently mix with large spoon.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours and drain before serving.
