
Ingredients:
• 1 cup organic white sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups non-fat milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place first 5 ingredients in a medium pot and whisk over medium heat
- Bring pudding to a light boil and allow to bubble for 2 minutes
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and pour into single serving bowls
- Allow to completely cool
- Optional: Once cooled, top with your favorite toppings such as real whipped cream, coconut flakes, sliced bananas, fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or chopped nuts
