Seabass Veggie Dish

This can also be done on the bar-b-que by combining everything at once, and wrapping it in aluminum foil (papillote) Better to do a "papillote" for each person rather then do one big "papillote

4 small leeks
2 small tomatoes
1 carrot
1 oignon
4 small filet of seabass
Blackened Bay seasoning


Step 1 Keeping on the white part of the leeks, cut in strips

Step 2 Sautee in saucepan with butter

Step 3
Peel and slice carrot, add to saucepan

Step 4 Peel and slice oignon, and add to saucepan

Step 5 Sprinkle with blackened Bay seasoning

Step 6 Add 1/4 water and let simmer for 5 minutes

Step 7 Add seabass and stir so that the fish is in the midst of the veggies.

Step 8 Simmer for 15 minutes
