Refreshing Mango Lime Smoothie


Try this recipe for a delicious mango smoothie.
A refreshing mango smoothie.

1/8 Tsp. lime zest

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/2 Cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt

2 cups frozen (or fresh) mango cubes

Pinch Cinnamon

1 1/2 cups of cold water

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass with straw.
  3. Makes 2 smoothies.
