Very easy Fruit Smoothie. Makes a tasty and healthy breakfast!
Ingredients

1 cup yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup fruit cut into chunks (strawberries, banana, cantaloupe, peaches, pears, or blueberries)

Preparation

Step 1- Combine all ingredients in blender and beat until smooth.
Yield: 3 Cups
