1 box Crispix
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
Procedure:
Step 1 In microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter on high heat for about 45 seconds. Stir and heat again until melted.
Step 2 Pour Crispix into BIG bowl.
Step 3 Pour chocolate mixture over Crispix and fold gently with wooden spoon until evenly coated.
Step 4 Put powdered sugar in paper bag.
Step 5 Pour Crispix mixture into paper bag, roll top down to seal, then gently roll bag around to coat Crispix with powdered sugar.
