Poached Salmon in Lemon and Wine

Poached Salmon in Lemon and Wine is a light and delicious meal. Serve with rice and veggies for the perfect dinner!

? cup lemon juice
½ cup dry white wine
4 lrg salmon fillets
2 tablespoons minced parsley


Step 1- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, bring lemon juice and wine to a boil. Lower heat to medium. Add salmon and cover skillet.

Step 2- Poach salmon until it flakes when pressed with a fork (5 to 8 minutes).

Step 3- Remove from poaching liquid and serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley.
Yield: 4 servings
