Orange Chicken

A classic Asian dish, Orange Chicken is a favorite with kids and adults alike! Just add rice and stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal. 

4 juice oranges, unpeeled and sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Chinese spices
2 cups soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 piece halved boneless chicken breast, skin removed


Step 1- Mix and let set 1 hour. Pour over cut up chicken and let set for 2 hours.

Step 2- Bake chicken in sauce at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minute or until chicken tender.
Yield: 4-6 servings
