½ cup oil
1 pound paneer
1 onion sliced
1 teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 cups frozen peas
2 tomatoes chopped
100 grams cream
Procedure:
Step 1 Heat oil in a skillet ,add paneer and fry till brown. Remove from the pan and drain in kitchen towels. Add onions to the pan and fry until soft. Add the spices and salt and fry for 3 min,stirring constantly. grind 1/4 frozen peas.
Step 2 Add ground 1/4 frozen peas and fry well. Add the remaining peas and tomatoes and stir gently until peas are coated with the spice mixture. stir in the paneer and heat through,add cream n heat cream, taking care not to break up the paneer cubes. Serve hot.
